Privacy Notice
Baha Ready 3D follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We collect as little data as possible.
What we collect
Your email (to sign in), username, chosen avatar, language, and optional barangay and school. Game results for progress and leaderboards. No real names are ever shown publicly.
How we use it
To save your progress, show leaderboards (usernames only), and help facilitators see what their group learned. We never sell your data and there are no ads.
For minors
If you are under 18, let a parent or guardian know. There is no chat between users, and barangay is the most precise location we keep.
Survival Mode team chat
Survival Mode has a text chat for teammates in the same room only (no private messages, no voice). To keep everyone — especially minors — safe, every message is filtered: bad words are hidden, and links, phone numbers, emails, social media handles and addresses are blocked. Messages are kept for 14 days for safety reviews and then deleted automatically; messages attached to an open report are kept until the report is resolved (at most 90 days). Admins can read chat only through a report, and every such view is logged. You can mute or block other players and report messages at any time.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings. Accounts are permanently deleted after 30 days.
